It's a giant baked potato made entirely out of ice cream, complete with a pat of "butter" and loads of "sour cream." What’s not to love? They even dye the nuts green to make up their fake chives. This is also a great idea for the rare allergic individual who has to avoid chives but is fine with nuts.
Please note, unlike the previously mentioned baked potato, this is not ice cream made to look like a bowl of ramen. Rather, it is an actual bowl of ramen topped with two soft-serve ice cream cones. Weird? Sure. Delicious? Well, to some.

Guacamole is so delicious it is almost, but not quite, a dessert in its own right. However, this popular restaurant chain created a decadent dessert using guacamole and mint ice cream. It even comes with chips and salsa on the side, which is actually cinnamon sugar buñuelos and passion fruit sauce.

The infamous Sweetie Pig at NYC's Sweetiepie dessert shop cost a whopping $75. It contained a full 18 scoops of ice cream, chocolate cake and homemade chocolate sauce. A fire may have shuttered the eatery's doors in 2010, but memories of this dessert remain.
