It's a giant baked potato made entirely out of ice cream, complete with a pat of "butter" and loads of "sour cream." What’s not to love? They even dye the nuts green to make up their fake chives. This is also a great idea for the rare allergic individual who has to avoid chives but is fine with nuts.

Guacamole is so delicious it is almost, but not quite, a dessert in its own right. However, this popular restaurant chain created a decadent dessert using guacamole and mint ice cream. It even comes with chips and salsa on the side, which is actually cinnamon sugar buñuelos and passion fruit sauce.

The Federal Deficit at Governor's Restaurant & Bakery, Bangor, Maine

Not to get too political, but those guys wearing makeup on those really loud TV shows love to scream about the federal deficit. Maybe they are referring to this monster of an ice cream sundae, which features dozens of scoops, a banana split and strawberry shortcake. Just in case it wasn't unhealthy enough already, it also comes topped with peanut butter, fudge, marshmallows, nuts and something weird called "fruit."

Sweetie Pig at Sweetiepie, New York City

The infamous Sweetie Pig at NYC's Sweetiepie dessert shop cost a whopping $75. It contained a full 18 scoops of ice cream, chocolate cake and homemade chocolate sauce. A fire may have shuttered the eatery's doors in 2010, but memories of this dessert remain.
