Bamboozled Berry Cheesecake Shake
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 ounces whole milk
- 1 tablespoon Berry Compote, plus more for topping, recipe follows
- 1 slice prepared cheesecake with graham cracker crust
- 1 ounce berry-infused vodka, optional
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
In a blender, add the ice cream, milk, berry compote and cheesecake. If an adult version is desired, also add the berry-infused vodka. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a glass and top with whipped cream, berry compote and serve.

Add the blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sugar, 1/4 cup water and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
