California-Style Turkey Sandwich
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1 (8-ounce) package Hillshire Farm(R) Deli Select(R) Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 8 slices sourdough bread or 4 sourdough buns, sliced in 1/2
- 1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- Fresh ground pepper
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, parsley, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
Spread some mayonnaise onto 1 slice of bread. Add 1/4 of the Hillshire Farm(R) Deli Select(R) Oven Roasted Turkey Breast to each slice.
Add 1/4 of the sliced avocado. Top with Monterey Jack cheese, season with a bit of pepper and top with a slice of bread. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
