Ingredients

  • 2 pounds white fish fillets, cubed
  • 8 ounces calamari
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Freshly squeezed juice of 8 to 12 limes (enough to cover the fish)
  • 7 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 7 shrimp
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Assorted colorful vegetables, for serving, optional

Directions

Combine the fish, calamari, cilantro, salt, black pepper, lime juice, garlic, shrimp and habaneros in a bowl and toss together. Sprinkle the sliced onions on top and set in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.

Mix well and serve with colorful vegetables if desired.
