Wash and roughly chop the kale, celery, pears, 1 cucumber, the ginger and lemon. Juice according to your juicer's instructions. If you prefer a milder flavor, add another cucumber. Best served cold.

Notes

To double the volume of your juice and give it an extra hydrating boost, stir in a cup of plain coconut water after juicing.
