- Ice, as needed
- 1/2 ounce or 1 tablespoon dry vermouth
- 3 ounces or 6 tablespoons vodka
- Olives, for garnish
Put the ice into a martini glass and add the vermouth. Swirl the vermouth and the ice around the glass. Dump out the ice and liquid. Cook's Note: The vermouth still coats the glass. Shake the vodka over the ice, be careful not to chip the ice too much. Strain into the glass, garnish with olives and enjoy.
