Ingredients

  • 8 ounces enenue fillet, skin removed, diced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cup tobiko
  • 3 green onions, whites removed, sliced

Directions

Mix together the fish, mayonnaise, sesame oil, chili oil, sriracha, avocado and some salt in a large mixing bowl until fully incorporated. Garnish with the tobiko and green onions and serve immediately.
