George and Kathy's Shrimp Scorpio
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups minced onions
- 2 cups canned peeled tomatoes, crushed
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup finely minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crumbled feta
