- 5 whole tomatoes
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Olive oil
Preheat grill to high. Slice the tomatoes thickly, about 1 to 1 1/2 inches, pour some olive oil and some cracked pepper and salt on both sides. Place on grill for about 3 minutes on each side.
