Ingredients

PEAR ICE CUBES:
  • 2 cups pear nectar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Prosecco

Directions

Stir together the pear nectar and allspice. Pour the mixture into an ice-cube tray and freeze until completely frozen. Place an ice cube in a champagne flute and pour prosecco overtop.
