Santa Maria Elks BBQ Seasoning
- 1 cup table salt
- 2/3 cup granulated garlic
- 1/3 cup finely ground black pepper
Add the salt, granulated garlic and black pepper to a medium bowl. Mix to blend. Store in an airtight container and use for seasoning meats before grilling.
