For the fluff: Beat together the corn syrup, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg whites on high speed for 10 minutes.
For assembly: Cover the waffles with graham cracker pieces, followed by the chocolate ganache. Spread the marshmallow fluff over half of the waffles, and toast with a kitchen torch. Fold the waffles over, so the toppings are now in the middle. Top with powdered sugar.
