  • 1 1/2 cups cubed pineapple, cut small enough to fit through a juicer
  • 2 fresh sprigs mint
  • 1 thumb-size piece ginger
  • 1 handful wheatgrass
  • 3/4 cucumber, cut into pieces small enough to fit through a juicer
  • Directions

    Start by feeding about half of the pineapple through the juicing tube, and then begin feeding in the mint, ginger and wheatgrass, alternating with the remaining pineapple and half of the cucumber. Finish by feeding through the remaining cucumber to clean the machine out for the next juice.
